FIRST LOOK: Red Hood From Season 3 of ‘Titans’

I don't know if costume fever is in the air or not because of Halloween, but Warner Bros. has certainly given us a couple of treats this week.  We already knew that Red Hood was coming to Season 3 of Titans.  We also knew that Curran Walters would reprise his role as Jason Todd.  Still there was some question as to how the character would be presented on screen.  Now we have the answer, and it's glorious.

You can see the original concept art above, courtesy of Warner Bros. with art by Greg Hopwood.  Now, take a look at the finished product:

Not only are we talking about a suit that's very comics accurate, but the detail work here is incredible.  That's credit to the design by Laura Jean (“LJ”) Shannon. This is a character that fans have wanted to see in live action for a long time, and it's finally happening. This is just a look, of course, but I don't think Curran Walters will have any trouble with the Red Hood persona at all. Personally, my confidence level is very high that this will be a huge success.

The cast is returning for Season 3, which is currently filming. If you're not familiar with that cast, or the show in general, Seasons 1 and 2 of Titans are coming to HBO Max on November 1st.  So you won't have the whole weekend to binge it, but you can get off to a pretty good start.  You might even get a few hints as to how the show could make that transition from Robin to Red Hood.

Don't forget we're still waiting on that first look at Barbara Gordon and Scarecrow, who will also be a part of this upcoming season.  Once those are released, or a trailer comes out, we'll have it.
