Stranger Things has always done Throwback Thursday right. So what happens when you throwback your throwback? In the latest teaser for the series, you might feel like you’re back in Season 1.
So it looks like Hopper isn’t the only one who might still be alive. The series has been teasing for a while now that Dr. Brenner (played by Matthew Modine) is still with us. Of course, this could just be Eleven using her powers to remember something from her past. It’s also possible that there will be a bit of a prequel element to this season, and we’ll be spending some time inside of Hawkins National Laboratory.
In true Stranger Things fashion, the big question is: “why?” For this show, that is always quite the loaded question. This is especially true now, since the end of Season 3 seemed to tease a bit of a step away from Hawkins. We could sit here for hours trying to figure out the answer. Problem with that is, Season 4 of Stranger Things is still in production. So it will still be a good amount of time before the show returns to Netflix.
