Season 6 Of ‘Lucifer’ Is Coming Earlier Than We Expected

It’s going to be a one hell of an ending. On one hand, I can’t wait to see the sixth and final season of Lucifer. On the other hand, I’m sad thinking about seeing these characters for the last time. I think any Lucifan could go on forever about all of the brilliant performances throughout the years. Those final moments are now closer than any of us expect.

Netflix and Warner Bros. TV made the announcement that the final season begins in September. Take a look the announcement:

Based on the way that last season ended (don’t worry, I won’t post spoilers), who do you think will get a happy ending. I’m looking at you, Deckerstar shippers. Clearly that isn’t all, but if you know, you know.

Speaking of which, here’s what Netflix could share with us about Season 6: “This is it, the final season of Lucifer. For real this time. The devil himself has become God… almost. Why is he hesitating? And as the world starts to unravel without a God, what will he do in response? Join us as we say a bittersweet goodbye to Lucifer, Chloe, Amenadiel, Maze, Linda, Ella and Dan. Bring tissues.”

The “bring tissues” part definitely scares me. At least we have some cool new profile icons to enjoy (seen above.) There’s no turning back now. The sixth and final season of Lucifer arrives September 10th on Netflix. Don’t worry, I’ll have plenty of coverage coming soon. If you missed the Comic-Con@Home panel, you can watch it below.
