Roku Originals To Launch 30 Titles On May 20th

Did you know that National Streaming Day was May 20th? Only seems fitting that we celebrate something that has become a daily routine in most households. To celebrate, Roku Originals has announced the addition of 30 titles to The Roku Channel for the occasion.

Some of these titles include former Quibi series like Reno 911!, The Fugitive and many more. They even have a trailer to look at what’s to come:

You might remember some of these shows from our Comic-Con@Home coverage last year. The bottom line is, there is a lot of star power here and Roku has a chance to present these series in a way that they should have been shown from the start. Roku also announced that more originals will be coming later this year. I’m guessing that if this launch is successful, that will go a long way to the free content that you can expect in the future. Yes, Roku Originals are available for free on The Roku Channel.
