With so many Marvel TV series either coming to an end or being delayed, here comes Comic-Con@Home and Hulu with great news. Marvel’s Helstrom live action series is officially on the way. During today’s panel, Hulu also delivered the teaser trailer for Season 1. Here it is:
In the official synopsis for the season: “As the son and daughter of a mysterious and powerful serial killer, Helstrom follows Daimon (Tom Austen) and Ana Helstrom (Sydney Lemmon), and their complicated dynamic, as they track down the worst of humanity — each with their own attitude and skills.”
We also got a synopsis for Episode 1, “Mother’s Little Helpers”: “Daimon Helstrom investigates a possessed young boy in Oregon. Meanwhile in San Francisco, Ana Helstrom stages an auction to expose a criminal. Disturbing events at St. Teresa’s cause concern as the siblings estranged Mother remains hospitalized.”
The photo you see above is Elizabeth Marvel’s Victoria Helstrom, and comes from Episode 2. The best news of all? All episodes will be available on Hulu, October 16th.
