So we learn a couple of very important things. Woody Harrelson plays a great maniac, and we got our first official look at Carnage. It’s hard not to be wowed by Carnage, even though he looks pretty much how I thought he would. There also wasn’t much mystery about the plot, since the Brock/Kasady dynamic was introduced in the first Venom movie. So this was all about Carnage and teasing what we can expect action wise.

This was a pretty standard first trailer, but it was nice to finally get something new from a movie that it feels like we have been waiting forever for. Venom: Let There Be Carnage starring Tom Hardy will be released on September 24, 2021, only in theaters, from Sony Pictures.
