‘The Flash’ Shuts Down Production Over Coronavirus Concerns

It feels like this is about to be something that we will see a lot in the coming days and weeks. Deadline reports that production on Season 6 of The Flash has been halted “until further notice.” This is effective immediately, and everyone has been asked not to report to work.

It might be time to start compiling a list at this point. Any series currently in production is likely to halt production, regardless of who the company is. WarnerMedia employees are also reportedly being asked to work from home, if possible. Movie releases are being delayed, you had to think this would happen to television eventually. There is not word on when new episodes will air on The CW or when they will be on hiatus.

As with anything related to the coronavirus and entertainment, I will pass on updates as they come in.
