I bet you thought that you knew about all of the Marvel series that were coming. One that may have flown under your radar is the animated Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. Diamond White will voice Lunella/Moon Girl, and will come from executive producers executive producers Laurence Fishburne (through Cinema Gypsy Productions) and Steve Loter. While we haven’t heard much about the show since it was announced, there have been a couple of exciting updates recently.
First, it was announced that three-time Grammy-Award winner Raphael Saadiq will be the executive music producer for the series. White will even lend her vocals to some of the songs on the show. Saddiq boasts quite the resume, having worked with artists like Justin Timberlake, Elton John, Snoop Dogg and more. The music will be used to help reflect the man cultures and communities of New York City.
