You won’t need twelve sided dice to be a part of this, but you may need to camp out. Paramount Pictures announced today that they would be kicking things off this year at Comic-Con’s famed Hall H. Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves will take the big stage at 12pm PT on Thursday.
Both members of the cast and filmmakers are said to be attending the panel, but no confirmed names were given in the initial press release. Fans lucky enough to get in to Hall H for the panel will also receive an exclusive Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves poster. If you aren’t one of the lucky few, there is another way to get your D&D fix.
Paramount Pictures, in partnership with eOne, will give fans a chance to step inside the world of Dungeons & Dragons with a one-of-a-kind Tavern Experience. Patrons can visit the Tavern for a peek inside the world of the new film in this 20 minute experience. There will be photo ops, freebies and even a chance to sample a Dragon Brew (even with a non-alcoholic option.) Artwork from BossLogic will be given out as part of the experience, which is sure to be top notch.
If you’ll be at the con, the experience will be in the Gaslamp Quarter on the corner of Sixth Avenue and Island Avenue. You’ll have to RSVP, but that information will be provided at a later date. Here’s when it will be available:
Thursday, July 21: 12pm – 10pm PT
Friday, July 22: 10am – 8pm PT
Saturday, July 23: 10am – 8pm PT
