If you’ve been listening to our podcast, or following our coverage since WonderCon, you know that there has been a lot of speculation over a crossover between Marvel’s Runaways and Cloak & Dagger. Now, Marvel has finally confirmed it, in a recently released video:
That means that Tandy and Tyrone will be coming to Hulu when Runaways returns on December 13th. If you saw the Season 2 finale of Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger, you saw the two of them on a bus out of New Orleans and describing something very similar to what was going on in Runaways. So this is really one of the worst kept secrets in Marvel TV’s recent history, and I love that.
With the Runaways facing off against the sorceress Morgan le Fay, to be played by Elizabeth Hurley, they could definitely use an assist from Tandy and Tyrone. Even better for fans, all episodes of Season 3 of Marvel’s Runaways will be released right away. So plan a little binge watching time right before Christmas.
