It looks like actress Michelle Gomez is trading one Madame for a other. Deadline reports that the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina actress has been cast in Season 3 of Doom Patrol. You might remember that Gomez played Madam Satan in the Sabrina series. There are obvious differences between the two characters, but back to back Madames is a funny coincidence.
Not much is known about her character’s role in Season 3 of Doom Patrol, but we do know that she will be a series regular. She first appeared in the Doom Patrol comics in 1964. Not only can Madam Rogue shapeshift, but she can also stretch to incredible lengths. Could this mean a possible connection to Rita? Could the shapeshifting mess with Jane’s head a bit? There are a number of possibilities here.
Doom Patrol is currently in production on Season 3, with a premiere date yet to be announced. Remember, the series is now exclusive to HBO Max. Keep checking back for first look photos and the first trailer.
