It was about a month ago at DC FanDome that we found out Hawkman and Doctor Fate would be a part of the upcoming Black Adam movie. It didn’t take long for Warner Bros. Pictures to find the right man for the job. The Wrap was the first to report that Aldis Hodge was in talks to play Hawkman. Apparently those talks went well, because Hodge would later confirm the news.
A lot of fans know Hodge from his time on Leverage. He was recently seen on The Invisible Man reboot, and Amazon’s One Night In Miami… He will join Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Noah Centineo as the only announced cast members for the Black Adam movie. Production is rumored to be starting in early 2021.
So who will play Doctor Fate? Hopefully that news is coming soon. Keep checking back for updates.
