TV’s first transgender superhero finally looks even more super! Nicole Maines dons her Dreamer suit for the first time in the upcoming Supergirl episode “Bloody Mary”, which is Episode 11, airing on January 27th. We will also find out about Nia Nal’s backstory in this episode. So if you are a Dreamer fan, this is the episode you have been waiting for.
The suit is a bit of a departure from what we have seen in the comics. Once again we see the Supergirl team take the more conservative approach, and also add more blue into the mix. I think that this works out perfectly and really makes much more sense than the classic look. I have been a big supporter of the costume choices for the show in the past. Having a revealing suit really would not be keeping with the vibe of the show.
