As theaters start to slowly open back up, there seems to be more shifting of release dates recently. The bad news is, we won’t be seeing Wonder Woman 1984 in August. The good news is, we won’t have to wait that much longer.
Just revealed on social media, Wonder Woman 1984 will now be released on October 2, 2020.

As you can see, this is a clear message of support to the movie theater industry. There were rumors that we wouldn’t see the Wonder Woman sequel until December, so I’m calling this good news. For anyone hoping for an early digital release, this also seems to be a clear sign that is not happening.
