Mike Flanagan has no shortage of hits under his belt. From The House on Haunted Hill to his Midnight Mass series, he has a very good track record with horror fans. Now, his latest offering has a release date.
The Midnight Club is actually based on the YA novel of the same name by Christopher Pike. It centers around a group of terminally I’ll young people that all live in hospice care with a very strange doctor. Flanagan will serve as showrunner and executive producer, along with series co-creator Leah Fong. The cast includes Samantha Sloyan, Zach Gilford, Igby Rigney, Heather Langenkamp, Crystal Balint and many others. Flanagan certainly has a pool of talent that he likes.
We don’t know much else, except for the description on the video which says: “To those before, to those after; to us now, and to those beyond; seen or unseen; here, but not here.”
These stories from the eight members, and their search for the supernatural, begins when The Midnight Club premieres October 7th on Netflix. Save it to your list now by going here.
