The CW made quite a bit of news during their 2021 Upfronts today. One of most anticipated new series coming to the network is DC’s Naomi. The bad news is, the series will not premiere until midseason. The good news is, we did get a first look.
It doesn’t reveal much, other than a look at some of the main players in the cast. Holding the series until midseason does allow everyone involved to take their time to get the series right. It will also join several othet DC series, including Superman & Lois and DC’s Stargirl in midseason, so it will be in good company. Given her story in the comics, I wouldn’t be surprised if Naomi was paired with Superman & Lois on the same night. Only time will tell.
