Other than the awards themselves, the MTV Movie & TV Awards was full of new trailers. Paramount chose last night to finally release the trailer for Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins. They didn’t stop there, but let’s start with the trailer.
Sure it’s just a teaser, but that’s a lot of action. If you’re wondering how they came up with the story, Paramount also released a featurette featuring the legendary Larry Hama. Check it out:
It’s very cool that the inspiration is coming from Hama’s work in the comics. That relationship between Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow will really be put on display the right way now that I know that. Of course, it’s up to the actors and director Robert Schwentke to bring it to life. For more info on the cast, producers and the synopsis, go here. Snake Eyes: G.I.
