It's time to come in out of the cold. Things were a little chilly the last time we saw Raised By Wolves on HBO Max. Things appear to be getting much more tropical in Season 2, as evidenced by the teaser trailer for the upcoming season. Let's take a look.
Before I get into more of what was in the trailer, here is the early synopsis for Season 2: "In season two of RAISED BY WOLVES, Android partners Mother (Amanda Collin) and Father (Abubakar Salim), along with their brood of six human children, join a newly formed atheistic colony in Kepler 22 b’s mysterious tropical zone. But navigating this strange new society is only the start of their troubles as Mother’s 'natural child' threatens to drive what little remains of the human race to extinction."
Every time Mother says she wants to protect her children, I get chills. Probably because I know what she's capable of, and I know how far she will go to accomplish that. Season 2 also sees the return of Travis Fimmel as Marcus, who is feeling much more confident. Niamh Algar is also back as Sue, along with Mother and Father's children. It looks like Mother and Father may be adapting to their new circumstances a little too well, but how are they being received? It seems like those two things are going to be a constant presence in the story this season.
Remember, this show isn't going anywhere any time soon. HBO Max gave the series a two season renewal shortly after Season 1 premiered. I know it's been over a year, but your patience is about to be rewarded. Season 2 of Raised By Wolves premieres February 3rd exclusively on HBO Max. Want to revisit our Season 1 interviews?
