Noah Centineo To Play Atom Smasher In DC’s ‘Black Adam’

There have been plenty of characters rumored for New Line and DC’s Black Adam movie, but now we have news on at least one more. Noah Centineo (To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before) will be playing Atom Smasher in the upcoming movie, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Centineo joins Dwayne Johnson, who of course plays Black Adam. We also know that Jungle Cruise director Jaume Collet-Serra will reunite with Johnson to direct Black Adam as well. Johnson will also produce, along with Beau Flynn of FlynnPictureCo. and Dany Garcia and Hiram Garcia of Seven Bucks Productions. Unfortunately, that is all we really know about this movie for now.

Atom Smasher is no stranger to DC TV audiences. The character appeared on Season 2 of The Flash played by Adam Copeland. Granted that was in 2015, but still, it was the Season 2 premiere at least. If you want to familiarize yourself with the character, that might be a good place to start and then dive into the comics.

Hopefully we will learn more at DC FanDome in August.
