Has Marvel’s ‘Secret Invasion’ Series Found It’s Villain?

We know that Nick Fury and company are trying to stop an invasion, and part of that secret might be out.  The Secret Invasion series from Marvel Studios may not have their villain.  Deadline reports that Kingsley Ben-Adir (On Night In Miami) has been cast as the series' villain.  No word on what character he might be playing.

Ben-Adir, a recent awards nominee, joins a cast that includes Samuel L. Jackson and Ben Mendelsohn.  They will reprise their roles as Nick Fury and the Skrull Talos that we were introduced to in Captain Marvel.  Does this mean that Ben-Adir will be playing a Skrull as well?  The comic of the same name would make you think so, but Marvel Studios could choose to go in a different direction.

Since the series seems pretty far down the line in terms of release, very few details are available.  Keep in mind that Ms. Marvel, Hawkeye, Loki and likely others would release before Secret Invasion.  Once I have any updates, I will pass them along.
