In the days after Comic-Con, we all know the news can be a bit slow. Everybody gives us all of their big reveals, and SDCC is no time to hold back. Lucky for us, one Marvel actor dropped a very interesting tidbit about his character today.
Daniel Brühl will be reprising his role as Zemo for the upcoming Falcon And The Winter Soldier series on Disney+, but we already knew that. What we didn’t know is that Baron Zemo would be appearing in costume for the series. Brühl took to Instagram for the reveal:
The second of the two photos shows the costume, but doesn’t really represent much in the way of a “first look”. I’m guessing things won’t be as blurry during the Disney D23 event coming up in a few weeks. In what is sure to be a slow news week, however, finding out that Zemo will be suiting up for the series is a big deal. This is a costume that is pretty easy to do with practical effects too, which is exciting. Personally I was a bit upset that this never happened in Captain America: Civil War, so as a Baron Zemo fan I can’t wait for the full reveal.
Falcon And The Winter Soldier, starring Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan, will premiere exclusively on the Disney+ streaming service in the Fall of 2020.
