Batman Day 2020 Will Virtually Celebrate The Caped Crusader

It’s 2020, so any time there is something that would normally be a large gathering, you know the drill at this point. Ever since DC has made Batman Day an annual event, there have been all kinds of fun activities planned all over the globe. Those events will still be worldwide, just virtual.

Batman Day 2020 has officially been announced for September 19th. One of the most fun things in store for this year is a special theme for the Waze app. You will be able to ride along with Batman and The Riddler during your travels. There will also be a DC Super Hero or Super Villain playlist that will be available on the app through Spotify.

There will also be some free digital comics, kids activities and even a virtual 5k/10k/Run/Walk. Who knows, there might even be a mystery to solve along the way.

The Waze app theme will be active until October 31st. Did I mention Batman will be voiced by Kevin Conroy? The Riddler will be voiced by Wally Wingert. It will also be available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Make sure you look for the virtual Bat Signal to light up the DC Comics Twitter page the day before at 3pm ET on September 18th.
